Here is a Salad that is both healthy, delicious & colorful. Cut red, yellow, green and peppers into small pieces. Put in bowl. Pour dressing over & mix well. Dressing 1 tbls olive oil 1 tbls balsamic vinegar 1 tbls lily soy sauce Place in small bowl and whip with a fork until until well blended. Pour over salad and mix.
