Pasta with Shrimp, Dill and Fresh Tomato 1 lb large shrimp 12 oz short pasta 2 tbsp butter and oil combo 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 cups (or more) chopped large tomatoes, in colours, if possible 2 tbsp fresh dill Juice of ½ lemon Salt to taste Freshly ground pepper
• Peel shrimp, set aside. • Cook pasta. • Melt butter and oil. Sauté garlic (15 seconds). • Add shrimp and sauté until pink. • Add tomato, dill and juice.
