This isn't a noodle recipe, but is very good! Couscous and peas 1 onion, diced 1 crushed garlic clove 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 cup frozen peas 1 tbsp. minced fresh dill Salt and pepper 1-1/2 cups vegetable or chicken stock 1 cup couscous 1. In a saucepan, saute the onion and garlic in the oil over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in the peas, dill, salt, pepper, and stock and bring to a boil. Add the couscous, cover, and return to a boil. Remove from the heat and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed. This can be served immediately or can sit, covered, for about 10 minutes more. Fluff with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
