this is fabulous.
Recipe:
4 granny smith apples - peeled, cored and sliced 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping 1 tbsp all purpose flour 1 (10 oz) can refrigerated flaky biscuit dough 2 tbsp butter - melted 3 tbsp white sugar 3/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Stir together apples, caramel topping and flour in a large round baking dish. Pull apart each bisquit into two halves (I cut them with a knife for neatness) and arrange over the apples. Drizzle with butter. Stir together the sugar and coconut; sprinkle over the buttered bisquits.
Bake in preheated oven until the biscuits have puffed and are lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream...
