Marinated cheese is always good with triscuits or your cracker of choice. Here's my rendition: Marinated cheese 2 pkg cheese cubes 1/2 cup olive oil 3 tablesthingys finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley **I use the dried, so use about 1 Tbl 1 teasthingy garlic powder 1 teasthingy onion powder 1/2 teasthingy dried oregano 1/2 teasthingy Italian seasoning 1/4 teasthingy salt 1/4 teasthingy freshly ground pepper
. Whisk together 1/2 cup olive oil, chopped parsley, and next 6 ingredients; pour evenly over cheese cubes. Cover and chill at least 8 hours or up to 24 hours Turn a couple times while chilling. Before serving, let cheese come to room temperature, and drain off the liquid.
