I've got a really good recipe that we really enjoy: Garlic and Soysauce Meatballs
Make up your own meatballs, or buy frozen. I make my own, and shape them into small balls for appetizers or large ones for a main meal.
Brown and drain the meatballs.
Sauce: 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 tsp ginger 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup vinegar 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Heat the sauce ingredients, add meatballs and simmer till heated through. Excellent with mashed potatoes or rice. I've also taken these to a pot-luck and kept them warm in my slow-coooker.
