This is one I have have always used. You can use any flavor jello you want. And I use an ice pick to poke holes in the cake. Orange Refrigerator Sheet Cake
1 pkg Duncan Hines Princess White Cake Mix 1 (3 oz) pkg orange Jell-O 1 envelope whipped topping mix (Dream Whip) 1 1/2 cups cold milk 1 tsp vanilla 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding, 4 servings
Dissolve Jell-O in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water; set aside. Mix and bake cake as directed in a 13x9x2 pan. Cool 20-25 minutes. Poke deep holes about 1" apart in cake (while still in pan) with a meat fork. Pour Jell-O mixture into holes. Refrigerate cake while preparing topping mix, instant pudding, cold milk and vanilla until stiff (3-8 minutes.) Immediately frost cake and store in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
